Thanks to a reader for alerting me that Dr. Mary Healy, a distinguished American Catholic Scripture Scholar, has been appointed to the Dicastery for Divine Worship and the Discipline of the Sacraments (often abbreviated DDW). The list of appointments to the dicastery is given in this article from Vatican News. Dr. Healy is a co-editor of the Great Adventure Catholic Bible and one of the series editors for the Catholic Commentary on Sacred Scripture. She serves as a professor of Sacred Scripture at Sacred Heart Major Seminary in Detroit, Michigan.

That is fantastic news. She is also involved with the revision of the NAB New Testament.
