I like both the typeface and the way it is laid out.
The glossy cover and spine are rather garish and ugly (spine can be seen in stock photo on amazon etc). Or is that a removable dustjacket with a simple hardback underneath? If so, could we see a photo? Alas it looks like this is a glossy hardback and one is stuck with that design. Too bad, as the US edition is glued and lacks ribbons, but both the dustjacket and the simple blue with silver letters, less glossy hardback underneath are much less of an eyesore. BTW, the kindle turns out to have poor navigation, one can only go to books, not chapters, so I’m looking for a physical edition. PS, Grant Jones video review mentions some study notes contradict Catholic doctrine and the Catechism, re original sin etc. Not a fan of the creeping cultural Marxism informing post Vat II editions either, but it is nice to have other translations for comparison and this translation is at least enjoyably readable.
