Reader Biblical Catholic recently asked if there has been any recent news on the English Standard Version – Catholic Edition (ESV-CE) which was announced in India earlier this year. I sent an email to Crossway, which owns the copyright to the ESV, asking if there are any plans to publish or license the ESV-CE in the United States. So far, they have no plans to publish the ESV-CE in the US, but they are accepting feedback and suggestions.
